Product Description
Lovely pair of Stacey hand-sewn shoes dating from the 1930s or 1940s and made for the Knightsbridge store, Harvey Nichols, in London.
I’m not an expert when it comes to reptiles, so I’ll leave it for you to judge if these are Alligator or Crocodile skin shoes!
Condition report: For shoes that may have walked through the changing times of the 1930s/40s, they are in very good condition. There is hardly any wear to the uppers, just a slight grazing of the skin near the top edge of the heels. You might easily think these shoes had never been worn but for the soles and heels which show evidence of streets, past; the soles are in good condition but you may want to have the them re-heeled. These shoes are in an amazing condition and have obviously been well-made by talented cobblers.
