40s,50s Vintage Housecoat*SOLD*

1940s,50s Cotton Print Housecoat

Fabulous vintage print!

Product Description

A fabulous vintage housecoat by Woollands of Knightsbridge, a department store founded by the Woolland Brothers in 1869.

A housecoat, or robe, in a wonderful 40s-50s cotton print though, for a smaller fit, I think she would make a fabulous dress, too! Button-through at the front with her original fabric tie belt which can be folded back into the garment so that it can be worn without tying the belt but keeping you safe when mounting those steps with your feather duster!

Approx modern size 14-16.

Condition: one button hole is damaged but this vintage original still has all her original buttons and belt.

I will also be posting this gorgeous vintage original in our Etsy shop where you will be able to see more photos and there will be a range of favourable shipping options. Just bear with me but do phone or email me if you’re still waiting!
